Read all FAQsEvery product page lists flat measurements in inches: body length, chest, and sleeve. Measure a shirt you already like, lay it flat, and compare. A size 8 fits like a size 8 across the whole range, so once one fits, the rest follow.
No, and that is deliberate. Relaxed and cropped shapes run wider through the chest, fitted and structured pieces sit closer. The measurements move with the silhouette, so read them rather than assuming your usual size.
Processing is 1 to 3 business days and transit is 4 to 9 business days, so 5 to 12 business days in total. Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET, Monday to Friday, start processing the next business day. Carriers are USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Returns are accepted for 30 days from delivery with no restocking, inspection, or handling fee. If the fault is ours, we cover return shipping. Refunds are issued 7 to 10 business days after the return arrives, with nothing deducted.
