1. About Us

Teehog is an online store selling women’s clothing to customers in the United States, operating at teehog.com. We have no retail premises, and all sales and customer support are handled online through the email address published on this site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Our products are offered for delivery within the United States only. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method presented.

3. Products

We sell women’s clothing as ready-made stocked inventory. The range today is built around shirts in a variety of styles, and further shapes and categories are added over time. Product descriptions, images, measurements, and specifications are prepared with care, though screen calibration can affect how a color appears and measurements may vary slightly between units of the same size. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update product information at any time without prior notice. Availability is not guaranteed; if an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we notify you and issue a full refund.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed. Where an item is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund it in full, or to contact you with the correct price before dispatch.

5. Orders

An order placed through our website is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt and does not constitute acceptance; the order is accepted once it has been processed and dispatched. We are not liable for loss arising from cancellations outside our control, including stock unavailability and payment processing failures.

6. Payment

Payments are processed through the PayPal gateway. We accept PayPal, debit cards, and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Full payment is required at the time of ordering. 7. Shipping

We deliver within the United States only, using USPS, UPS, and FedEx, at a flat rate of $6.99 per order. Handling takes 1 to 3 business days and transit takes 4 to 9 business days, giving a total estimate of 5 to 12 business days. Delivery estimates are projections rather than guarantees, and we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or by circumstances beyond our control. Full terms are in our Shipping Policy.

8. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, and requests to cancel or amend an order are governed by our Cancel & Change Order Policy. Both form part of these Terms, and by ordering you accept the conditions set out in them.

9. Acceptable Use

When using this site you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, its servers, or connected systems
• Introduce malicious code, or interfere with the operation or security of the site

All content on teehog.com, including text, images, product photography, graphics, logos, and page design, is the property of Teehog or its licensors and is protected by United States copyright and trademark law. Our site may link to third-party websites, including carrier tracking portals and payment provider pages. Those sites operate under their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their content, security, or availability.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties
