Shipping Policy

Last Updated: August 2026

At Teehog (accessible at https://teehog.com), we sell women’s clothing, with a range built around shirts in a variety of styles and further shapes and categories added over time. Getting an order to you on a schedule you can plan around matters as much to us as what is inside the parcel, which is why this policy states every figure we work to in plain terms.

This Shipping Policy explains what shipping costs, when your order begins processing, how long it takes to leave our facility, which services carry it to you, how to follow it in transit, and exactly what we do if a parcel is delayed, damaged, or never arrives. The figures below are the same figures our support team works from when you write to us, and the same figures published across our checkout and our other policy pages.

By placing an order on our website, you accept the terms set out here. If anything on this page is unclear, or if you would like help with a parcel already in transit, our team is available during the support hours listed at the bottom of this page and will look up the carrier record on your behalf.

1. Shipping Rates, Timelines, and Coverage

We use one flat shipping rate and one published set of timelines for every order, so the cost and the wait are the same whether you order a single piece or several at once. The table below is the complete summary of our shipping terms, and every figure in it is explained in the sections that follow.

Shipping Metric Policy Specification
Flat Shipping Fee $6.99 per order, applied uniformly regardless of quantity, size, or weight
Order Cutoff Time 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday through Friday
Handling / Processing Time 1 – 3 business days, Monday through Friday
Transit / Delivery Time 4 – 9 business days, excluding federal holidays
Total Estimated Delivery Window 5 – 12 business days from successful checkout
Delivery Services USPS, UPS, and FedEx
Shipping Destinations United States only, all 50 states and the District of Columbia
Tracking Provided by email on every order at no extra cost

The Uniform $6.99 Flat Rate

Every checkout on teehog.com is charged a single flat fee of $6.99. There is no weight calculation, no distance multiplier, and no per-item charge. Four items cost the same to ship as one, and the figure you see at checkout is the figure you pay.

No Hidden Fees

The $6.99 fee already covers fuel surcharges, residential delivery surcharges, packaging, and label generation. Nothing is added after checkout, and we never invoice a customer for a shortfall after an order has shipped. All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD), and sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable based on your delivery address.

Where an order is split into more than one parcel from our side, the $6.99 fee is still charged once for the whole order. The second parcel travels at our cost. Replacement parcels sent because an item arrived damaged or incorrect also ship free of charge.

2. Order Cutoff and How Your Processing Day Is Set

Our daily cutoff is 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday through Friday. The cutoff decides one thing only: which business day your handling window starts on. It does not change the price you pay or the service level you receive.

  • Orders confirmed before 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday: your order enters the fulfillment queue that same business day, and day one of the 1 to 3 day handling window begins immediately.
  • Orders confirmed after 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday: your order enters the queue the next business morning, and the handling window begins from that point.
  • Orders confirmed on Saturday or Sunday: our fulfillment team works Monday through Friday, so weekend orders are recorded as received at 8:00 AM EST on Monday and processed from there.
  • Orders confirmed on a federal holiday: the order queues for the next open business day, since carrier networks are closed as well.

A business day means Monday through Friday, excluding United States federal holidays. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are never counted inside any handling or transit figure quoted on this page, which is why our estimates hold up rather than quietly slipping.

Payment confirmation is what starts the clock. In the rare case that a payment is held for review by the payment provider, the handling window begins once the funds clear, and we email you if that happens rather than leaving the order sitting silently.

3. Handling: What Happens Before Your Parcel Leaves

Handling time is 1 to 3 business days. This is the period between payment confirmation and the moment your parcel is handed to a carrier, and it is entirely within our control.

During this window our team pulls the exact size and color from your order, checks the item by hand for stitching faults, pulled seams, print defects, and marks, then folds and packs it in protective packaging that keeps moisture and friction away from the fabric in transit. A shipping label is generated, the order status moves from Processing to Shipped, and your tracking email goes out.

Most orders leave inside the first two business days. We publish three rather than two so that the estimate holds even when an order needs extra attention, such as a size and color combination pulled from a second location, an address that needs clarification, or a surge in volume after a promotion. We would rather quote a window we can keep than a shorter one we cannot.

Handling time is separate from transit time. A tracking number issued on day two means the label exists and the carrier is due to collect the parcel, not that the parcel has already begun travelling.

4. Delivery Services and Carrier Networks

Transit time is 4 to 9 business days from carrier collection, which places the full window from checkout to doorstep at 5 to 12 business days. Orders travelling to the Northeast and the Southeast usually land at the shorter end of that range, while Mountain, West Coast, Alaska, and Hawaii addresses sit closer to the longer end.

Your order is carried by one of three national delivery services, selected at the moment the label is generated:

  • United States Postal Service (USPS): used for lighter parcels and residential routes, including addresses that other networks reach less frequently, through Ground Advantage and Priority Mail services.
  • United Parcel Service (UPS): used for heavier multi-item orders, such as several pieces going to a single address, through UPS Ground and SurePost.
  • FedEx: used for residential ground coverage and long-haul regional routing across the continental United States, through FedEx Ground and Home Delivery.

Carrier assignment is made by our fulfillment system based on the destination ZIP code, the parcel profile, and current service conditions on that route, with the aim of landing inside the stated 4 to 9 business day window. For that reason we are not able to accept carrier requests at checkout.

Delivery estimates are projections drawn from carrier service standards. They are accurate for the large majority of orders, though they are estimates rather than guaranteed dates, and rural routes served by a single weekly run can sit slightly beyond the published range.

5. Tracking Your Order From Dispatch to Doorstep

Every parcel we send is fully tracked, at no extra charge and with no opt-in required. As soon as your order is scanned into the carrier network, an automated shipping confirmation is sent to the email address on the order. That email contains the assigned carrier, your tracking number, and a direct link to the carrier's tracking portal.

A tracking number commonly shows Label Created or Pre-Shipment for the first 24 to 48 hours after it is issued. This means the parcel is packed and waiting for its first physical scan at the carrier's sorting hub, and it is normal rather than a sign that something has gone wrong. Once the parcel is scanned in, the record updates through In Transit, then Out for Delivery, and finally Delivered.

If your tracking record has not populated within 48 hours of the confirmation email, or if it stops updating for several days mid-route, email us with your order number. We will contact the carrier and follow the parcel for you rather than asking you to chase it yourself.

6. Where We Deliver

Teehog delivers to residential and commercial addresses in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. We do not offer international shipping at this time, so orders with a delivery address outside the United States cannot be completed at checkout.

The following destination types fall outside our current delivery network:

  • P.O. Box addresses
  • APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses
  • United States territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and American Samoa
  • Freight forwarding and parcel consolidation facilities

If your address falls just outside this network, write to us anyway before ordering and we will check what the carriers can do. Where an order reaches us with one of these destinations, we email you to ask for an alternative street address before anything is charged against the order. Where no alternative address is available, the order is cancelled and refunded in full, including the $6.99 shipping fee, under the terms of our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Address Accuracy and Corrections

Carriers deliver to the address printed on the label, so please check the street number, apartment or unit number, city, state, and ZIP code before you submit your order. A missing unit number is the single most common reason a parcel comes back to us.

If you spot a mistake, email us at support@teehog.com with your order number and the corrected address. Any correction we receive while the order is still in handling is applied free of charge, and we will confirm the change back to you in writing. Once a tracking number has been issued the label is fixed and the parcel has to complete its route, though we can often ask the carrier to redirect it to a nearby pickup point on your behalf.

Where a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we email you as soon as it arrives and give you the choice of a reshipment to a corrected address or a refund of the item total. Teehog is not able to refund or replace an order that was delivered successfully to an address entered incorrectly at checkout, since the parcel has left our control at that point.

8. Missing, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Carrier networks move the vast majority of parcels without incident, but disruptions do happen. When they do, the resolution is ours to handle, not yours.

Marked as Delivered, But Not There

A short set of checks resolves most of these cases within a day. Please look around side doors, porches, garages, mailrooms, and any parcel locker serving the address, ask household members, neighbors, or building management whether the parcel was accepted for you, and allow 24 hours, since drivers occasionally scan a parcel as delivered slightly ahead of the drop.

If the parcel has still not appeared after 24 hours, email us with your order number. We open a formal trace with USPS, UPS, or FedEx on your behalf, stay in contact with you while it runs, and resolve the order with a replacement or a refund once the outcome is known.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item arrives damaged, or the outer packaging shows crushing, tearing, or water exposure, email support@teehog.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item, the damage, and the outer packaging including the shipping label. The same applies if the size, color, or item you received does not match your order.

Please keep the original packaging until the case is closed, as the carrier may ask to inspect it. Once we have reviewed the photographs we arrange a replacement shipped free of charge, or a refund processed under our Return & Refund Policy. If anything needs to come back to us, a prepaid return label already shipped inside your package, so a return never costs you anything.

Orders Running Past the Estimate

If your order passes 12 business days without arriving, email us with your order number. We treat that as our problem to solve, and we will either recover the parcel through the carrier or make the order right.

9. Holidays and Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Our facility and our carrier partners observe United States federal holidays, and no handling, dispatch, or transit progress takes place on those dates:

  • New Year's Day
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  • Presidents' Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Juneteenth National Independence Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Columbus Day
  • Veterans Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Order volume across the whole retail sector rises from late November through the end of December, and carrier networks run at capacity during those weeks. We recommend allowing a few additional business days for orders placed in that period.

Severe weather, natural disasters, regional service suspensions, and temporary carrier network disruptions can also extend delivery beyond the published window. These situations are uncommon, and while the carrier controls the route, the communication is ours: when we learn of a disruption affecting your order we contact you with the tracking record and the carrier's published status, before you have to ask, and we keep the case open until the parcel is delivered or the order is resolved. Where a delay stretches far enough that the order no longer serves its purpose, write to us: cancelling and refunding it in full remains on the table even after dispatch.

10. Order Changes and Cancellations

You may change or cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Email us at support@teehog.com with your order number and what you would like changed, whether that is a size, a color, a delivery address, or the order as a whole. Approved cancellations are refunded in full, including the $6.99 shipping fee.

Once a tracking number has been issued, the parcel is in the carrier network and cannot be recalled. If your order has already shipped and you no longer want it, please accept the delivery and then start a return under our Return & Refund Policy. Refusing a parcel at the door is slower for you and can attract carrier handling charges, so accepting it and returning it is the better route in every case.

Full details of return windows, item condition requirements, non-returnable categories, and refund processing are set out in our Return & Refund Policy and our Cancel & Change Order Policy.

11. Changes to This Policy

Teehog may update this Shipping Policy to reflect changes in carrier services, rates, or operating conditions. Any revision is published on this page with a new revision date, and the terms in effect on the day you place your order are the terms that apply to that order.

12. Customer Support and Contact Information

For anything relating to dispatch, tracking, delivery timelines, or a parcel that has not arrived, write to us with your order number and we will pull the carrier record and come back to you with a clear answer.
