Where a valid counter-notice is received, we may restore the material within 10 to 14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action.

Accounts and users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights have their access to the site terminated. We keep a record of notices received in order to identify repeat conduct.

8. Misrepresentation
